LAWN CARE PROGRAM
Our seven application turf program is specially designed to keep your lawn looking great all year long. We treat all turf types including Bermuda, Zoysia, Centipede and Fescue. Our program combines a liquid and a granular program in order to get the best results. Our early liquid applications of pre- and post-emergent will prevent crabgrass from geminating in your lawn and will also attack any broadleaf weeds that may already be present in your lawn. During late spring and throughout the summer months, we will apply granular fertilizers to promote the growth and health of your lawn. Your lawn will also be treated for any nuisance weeds that appear during these months. As we appraoch early fall and the winter months, our program changes according to grass types. Fescue lawns will continue with a fertilization and weed control program while warm season grasses will be prepared for their upcoming dormant months. TREE AND SHRUB PROGRAM
Our Tree and Shrub program consists of six applications. Early in the year we apply a dormant oil to help kill the eggs and insects that have survived the winter months. Insect and disease applications are done during the spring and summer months. Dormant oil is again applied in the fall to prevent over-wintering eggs from hatching. A slow release fertilizer is also applied to enhance root development and spring bloom.

BED PRE-EMERGENT
We offer a bed-pre-emergent program with one application in the spring and one in the fall. These applications help to control weeds in your pine islands and flower beds.

AERATION AND SEEDING
For warm season lawns such as Bermuda, Zoysia and Centipede, we offer spring aeration. Our process of core aeration creates thousands of small holes in your lawn. These holes reduce thatch and relieve compaction of the soil which allows fertilizer, water and oxygen to reach the root zone quicker. Aeration helps to create a thicker, greener and healthier lawn.
For fescue lawns, we offer fall aeration and seeding. Fescue is considered a cool season grass which means it prefers cooler temperatures. As summer comes to an end, fescue lawns often need to be reseeded to replace grass that has died due to summer heat, drought or disease. We use the same aeration process, but then we apply fescue seed and a starter fertilizer. Germination of the seed can take 2-3 weeks and must be watered regularly in order to germinate properly.
